Travel:

Is airfare included with the rate on the wedding website?

No. Airfare will need to be purchased separately. We recommend checking for airfare towards the end of November and at the latest the first week of February for best rates. Booking international flights eight weeks out tend to get you the best rates.

Is the rate on the wedding website per person?

No, the rate on the wedding website is total for the number of occupants sharing the room, not per person.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes, the resort is all-inclusive. All food and beverages are included in the cost.

When do I have to pay?

After submitting your deposit of $150 per person, you will need to have the remainder of your balance paid in full by December 15, 2024.

Is transportation to the airport included?

When you book your reservation, you will have the option to add on round trip transportation at $90 per person. You do not have to include this.

Do I have to stay on the resort or can I find my own accommodations?

We understand wanting to seek your own accommodations if possible. However, please note that the resort requires a $150 per person event pass to attend the wedding if you do not stay on the resort.

What airport should I fly into?

Sangster International Airport is the closest airport to the resort. The ride to the resort is about ~30 minutes.

Wedding:

Is the ceremony on the beach?

No, the ceremony nor the reception will be on the beach. Both are taking place in an indoor venue that is open, meaning you will feel like you are outside but you will be completely covered.

What should I wear to the wedding and reception?

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans, shorts, or anything casual. We are asking that you avoid any shades of white.

Can I take pictures and record on my phone?

Our ceremony will be unplugged, however our reception will not be. We want to keep our ceremony intimate and we want everyone to be present in sharing in this beautiful moment with us. There will be a time at the end of the ceremony where the minister will let you know that phone pictures and videos are allowed.

Can I bring someone?

We would love to invite and celebrate with everyone, however due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate anyone other than those listed on your formal invitation that you will receive in September. Thank you for understanding.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by December 15, 2024. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will have to assume you are not attending. If you have to change your RSVP from yes to no, we ask that you change by that date as well.

Can I bring my kids?

We understand making arrangements for your children for travel can be stressful, so we are accommodating children.
